PowerSecure’s Energy Efficiency Services (EES) provides a comprehensive service offering across the full range of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects to deliver cost and sustainability benefits. Our team provides a national delivery platform for design/build/construct services utilizing in-house staff for speed, efficiency, and accountability. We offer ESCOs more than 25 years of experience delivering design build services for ESPCs and UESCs, including Lighting, Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical, Water Conservation, Building Envelope, and Resiliency. Energy efficiency solutions offer our end customers energy savings to offset needed capital upgrades to their buildings’ outdated infrastructure. These energy saving solutions provide the funding mechanism needed to upgrade your buildings aging systems equipment. These same solutions are also recommended to be evaluated in order to optimize facility energy usage before installing a microgrid, so that the system can be right-sized.

U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)
PowerSecure and Southern Company Federal Services, on behalf of Atlanta Gas Light, have collaborated to successfully complete an ambitious operation for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), a federal agency and customer of AGL. PowerSecure worked with the General Services Administration to remove old cooling towers and piping on the roof of the 24-story Sam Nunn Federal Building in downtown Atlanta by helicopter. The new cooling towers and piping were airlifted and secured in place the following weekend. The entire project will deliver increased energy efficiency and resiliency for GSA.
